The product does not work. The seller's phone number does not exist. I have not had any reply to 3 e-mails I have sent. The seller has now sent me a cell number as a contact and I reach an automated message requesting my phone number. Still no reply from the seller. This seller is a disgrace to BidorBuy and should be avoided at all costs.
Auction won, payment done immediate and one month later no product NOR any communication.... BE AWARE - THE OTHER FEEDBACK IS TRUE. This seller is not of the high Bid-or-Buy quality! I am considering legal action!
28 NOV: 20 Days later and NO PRODUCT RECEIVED. I paid for the lamps straight away. Forwarded the proof of payment and since 10 November have sent e-mails with no reply. Also tried to phone - phone number does not exist. BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTIONEER!!!!!

Seller has been very dishonest. bought a microcassette from which does not work. does not want to replace me or refund my money. Please be careful when doing buisness with the seller he is not trustworthy. He is very rude when corrosponding with him.
I had the same problems as experienced by zspilot on this item. The remote control has been used over such a long time that the labelling on the buttons have partially worn off and the back of the control is very scratched. Front panel broken off. There is just no way this is/was new or that it was even demo stock as advertised. Seller does not reply to mails & telephone discontinued.
Money paid the same day on 7 Nov 07. Phoned numerous times to get the tracking no. said they will email it to me - still waiting. Tried to phone again - NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST??? I am still waiting for my item. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
I bought the mp3 player and everything was fine but the software cd was crack.I send the mp3 player and the cracked cd back to AR Auctioneers,but I when I tried to phone them this week the number wasn`t existhing anymore.They still got to pay me R630 + the delivery fees that they have promised me.I hope they will get this message because I really need the money and further steps will be taken if they don`t pay me the money.Please phone me 0828926536
