Both vacuum cleaners sold as new, but was clearly used before - even broken. If the seller can come wiht some sort of compensation, I will edit the rating. Buyers , be on the lookout! 21.01.2007 - I sent an email to this seller, but it seems like there is no interest to client services/satisfaction
received goods which was damaged emailed twice to seller with no response to even acknowledge problemnot very positive for a new seller still no response from seller! obviously is aware of selling bad goods. still no reponse from seller and scale has a 5% underreading BAD BAD GUY
