djcilliers won an auction of mine but refused to honour the sale and pay the purchase price, saying that he had bid in error. But this error could NOT have been made if he had just read the first two words of the item description. Only on threat of legal proceedings did he perform his obligations and has taken delivery of the goods and paid the purchase price.
Made a mistake on the auction, was the only bidder. Seller insisted that I buy the item, even to the point of legal proceedings, even after i asked if he can resell the item, to someone else. Thus I bought an item I did not want. I resold the item a month later. Responded 11 Oct 2005
