regarding the legal contract and that you will take me to court, are you sure? i would like to bring your attention to the ECT act FEB 2003 which obviously you have never heard of as you sound very ignorant, which states amongst others " Each consumer is entitled to cancel without reason and without penalty, any electronic transaction and any related credit agreement entered into, within seven days from receipt of the goods or seven days of conclusion of a contract for services ". Sellers Beware : This guy is a waste of time. He bids on my item and says he wants to pay by credit card - which was never a payment option. Suspicious guy - maybe dealing with illegal credit cards, you'll never know. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS !!!
just because you are doing illegal practices by charging an extra percentage on credit cards dont try and say im using illegal credit cards - i never gave you my card details so you cannot prove your false allegations. you are the fraud by trying to charge me 6% extra - i will be passing on your merchant details to visa Responded 03 Sep 2003
