I'm hoping that you will reconsider the Neutral rating you gave. because I explained to you when you filed the snc that I was Overseas on Holiday and that I would collect the item before the 12/01/2006 and I collected the item much earlier on the 09/01/2006. Potential buyer did not complete auction payment. He described his lack of obligation as the wrong item he bid on. I don't belive for one second that someone can bid on an item, CONFIRM that bid and then apologise for not biddong on the right item. A sale is a contractual agreement and bhekem clearly did not carry out his obligation to buy.
It was a misunderstanding like I said. I only realized that I would not see the item before paying for it, as the item was overseas. There was another similar item on Bidorbuy that I could purchase locally, so... I took the decision to buy locally. I mailed you (Q&A) to find out if you could cancel or not take the bid to account and you declined. Look... like I said it was a bad mistake... and I think that you should have understood.
