THE SWEETEST CUTEST CHUNKIEST CHARM TOGGLE BRACELET!

I was given an unjustified negative rating. The description says "CHUNKY" as well as "WEIGHS A WHOPPING 86gr!!". I offered a refund as well as a replacement. Some people just cannot be pleased. Hopefully this can be sorted out and these ratings changed.
