I went out of my way to hand deliver the earings to you, calling you from my phone. Since you rated that as negative then I choose to view you as a very unreasonable person hence the neutral rating.
Most people that sell are on BOB have fulltime jobs and the postage system works better than hand deliveries.
Hi Asanda, please retract your neutral rating, as I paid this auction the moment I won it, so you have absolutely no grounds to give me a neutral reply on my negative rating, exept sour grapes. You live two blocks from me, and I still had to wait four weeks for delivery, I did not ask you to hand deliver, you were supposed to refund me for postage which I paid immediately but you never did, I am very reasonable, you never returned my emails, I phoned YOU, you never phoned me.
