Absolutely no response from this buyer..Waited four weeks but it is clear this buyer has no intention to pay or respond.. Bidding on an item is a leagal contract to buy.. Why bid if u do not want to buy.. Item could have gone to another bidder.. Listing on bid or buy costs money and a non paying biider causes the seller a loss..
