I offered you a full refund, as well as return postage, if you were not satisfied with the watch. Under the circumstances, I feel that a neutral rating is uncalled for. I will change mine if you will change yours.
Hi Carol. I was uphappy with the product so that scored a "Negative", your service was excellent, your postage was prompt, you offered me money back plus postage which was "Positive". It was harsh of me to make this deal cost you money, I left it as it was about R200. I gave you a "Nuetral" rating as positive would have meant I was happy with product and service.
