I said I would post the certificate from the manufacturer, not email it. Tell you what, just return it for a refund, because I do not need this crap. Then go try to buy the same bracelet for R6000! I didn't get 9500 positive ratings by ripping people off, which is what most retail "jewellers" do anyway. People like me are hurting their business, so they will feed people any crap to ensure buyers remorse.
