A non paying buyer . This is a really bad way to go about starting on bidorbuy . you do not respond to e mails or to correspondence on bidorbuy. Please do not bid on items if you do not intend paying as it really wastes time and is very bad for business , its also not legal , as by bidding you enter into a legally binding contract !
