I hate to complain, truly not in my nature, but today is 25th and have still not heard from egadgets. I sent an e-mail yesterday requesting the tracking number and it was return to me by MAILER-DAEMON@telkom. Reason given was : "Mail quota exceeded".
Can you please assist?
I've paid for 3x 30W solar panels more than 2 weeks ago. You've got my money now where's my damn stuff? Why don't you answer any of my numerous emails? Please at least let me know whats going on!
Bracelet received over 2 weeks after payment, was different from photograph on auction site and arrived broken. E mailed the seller and received no response. Not only disappointed but extremely angry. First dud I have ever hit on Bid or Buy.
Auction won on 27th. Payment received on 28th. Bracelet posted on 31st March, tracking number PE459 436 922 ZA.. Arrived at destination on 4th April. It was not 2 weeks late as reported. Bracelet was bubble wrapped and colour of pearls may have varied slightly as it is a handmade item. Several other bracelets sold were posted in same way and all arrived intact. Responded 22 Apr 2008
After repeated attempts and countless messages I have heard NOTHING from the seller. This is the first time I have bought/ tried to buy on "bid or buy" and have found the experience lacking. The checks and balances of the system seem geared towards the Seller at the cost to the Purchaser who is reminded he or she is entering a legal contract. It seems the "system" is unaware that the transaction has NOT been concluded.and unable to solve.

Have amended my rating to neutral as i beleive a phone call or email giving updates as to the order would have sufficed. But it has been resolved to my satisfaction and good luck with getting well.
