We have a 7-day return policy should the device have a fault, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Not applicable to Brand New devices) To be eligible for a return, your item, if Pre-owned, must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging if provided. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Each device is under warranty for a period of 3 months (90 days) upon purchase. The warranty will cover software and hardware faults on the device. Please note any issue or damage caused by the client is not covered in the warranty. Should a fault arise on the device, a minimum of 7 days will be required to fully evaluate said fault and determine what caused the fault, thereafter the device will be fully tested before being returned to the client.
