How long will my order take to arrive?

Order processing takes between 7 - 14 working days from the time the order and payment is received (during business hours). The delivery timelines vary per province, as listed below. Delivery (once dispatched confirmation is sent) can range from 2-7 working days, depending on the province and area of delivery.

What are my delivery options?

We strive to dispatch deliveries daily to destinations within Johannesburg and surrounding areas. Deliveries to areas outside Johannesburg will be made the next morning. Please note that Bonnets, Cradles and other Large Parts will incur an additional delivery cost. The cost is on average about R150 for depending on the area and the parcel size, the cost will be stated in your cart before you proceed to payment Please call us if you are not sure on anything. Courier: This is a door-to-door service. This will be done through either of the following courier companies: Fastway, Aramex, DSV or The Courier Guy Delivery Times: This timeline is only applicable once the parts have left our JHB store (processing of orders take 1 - 2 working days): To Gauteng: 1 - 2 Working Days To Main Centres (CTN DBN, PE): 2 - 3 Working Days To Regional Areas 3 - 5 Working Days To Remote/Outlying Areas: 5 - 7 Working Days Note: These delivery times are estimations; our large range makes it difficult to guarantee exact delivery times.

When do you deliver?

The couriers only deliver on week days from Monday to Friday between 08h00-17h00 Can you deliver afterhours & on weekends or public holidays? Unfortunately not. Our courier service only operates on business days
