Any orders processed before 10:00 will be shipped the next business day.
Please allow 3-7 days for normal counter to counter SA post office.
A tracking number will be provided the day of dispatch. You can use this tracking number to collect your order from your local post office.

If choosing door delivery please provide a PHYSICAL ADDRESS, NOT P.O. Box address. Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We make use of Elegant Square and Fastway couriers

We dispatch parcels weekdays excluding public holidays. We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hrs.

We only ship within South Africa.

Shipping and handling charges includes packaging, packaging material, and not postage/courier only.

We proudly put our name on our products and will refund 100% of the purchase price within 24 hours of receipt excluding postage/courier/shipping costs should you be unhappy with your purchase.
