If the goods supplied do not correspond to the description in our sales listing or the product is faulty, then the customer may request to return the item for a full refund within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

If goods were incorrectly ordered or are returned after the 10-day period, but before 30 days, and they are in their original packaging and still in brand new condition, then the buyer will receive an 85% refund.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
