At Pazazz we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Therefore we offer a 14 day return policy on products purchased from Pazazz.

Criteria to return a product:

• The product has not been used or damaged.
• All original packaging and tags are intact and not damaged
• You have notified us of your intention to return the product within 14 days after it was received
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the criteria above are not met
• Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on Lingerie and Underwear.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once we have received the return you have the option of either a refund or to exchange for any of our other available products.

Exchanges:

If you decide to exchange your item for another product and there is a difference in price we will either refund you the difference in the case of a shortfall or you will need to pay us the difference if the new product is of  a higher value than the returned product.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be made within 2 days of us receiving the product.
• The full price of the product purchased will be refunded.
• Delivery fees where applicable will not be refunded.
