Within 90 days of your purchase, we will gladly exchange/refund any Veldskoen product for you as long as it is unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging. 

HOW VELDSKOEN REFUNDS WORK

All refunds are loaded for payment only once the item has been returned and inspected for use. Refunds are processed on a weekly basis, on a Friday, and once the refund has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of the payment. It may take 7 to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account/reflect in your account.

HOW VELDSKOEN EXCHANGES WORK 

For shoes purchased online, we offer one free exchange.  You are welcome to exchange your Veldskoen for a different size,  style/range, or colour if you decide that you no longer desire the pair you originally bought. Be aware that if you exchange for a more expensive product, you will be billed for the difference in price.  Any repeat exchanges will also involve a courier fee.
