Exchanges and Refunds

Unwanted products must be returned unused and in good condition. You must take care to ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit.  If the product is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.  So, if you wish to return any non-defective product delivered to you for a refund as aforesaid, please do not remove the product from its original packaging and/or use or wear the Product.

 

Please note that if you change your mind about a product that you have received (Change Of Heart), the following will apply:

Defective, faulty or non-conforming products:

We encourage you to inspect each product carefully upon receipt. If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise does not conform to your order, you have a statutory right to return the product. We strongly encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as you become aware of any problems.

 

Section 16 of the CPA provides that any goods purchased as a result of can be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.  If found to be defective, faulty or damaged within 7 days of receiving the item, then the cost and risk of return is borne by Wisedeals.  We do offer a 30 day period but the buyer will be responsible to return the item on his own costs after the 7 day cooling period.

 

If you return a defective, faulty or non-conforming product to us, the product will be inspected and tested. If a defect or fault is found or the product does not match your order, we will be happy to exchange the product, in accordance with the applicable law. Products that have been misused or changed may not be eligible for returns.  Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of our receipt of the product.

Payment must be done within 5 working days after placing your order.  If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason you will be refunded in full.

All orders are processed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
 

Delivery Methods

Due to the fact that our local Post Office closed down our only delivery method is door to door courier for normal delivery 2 – 5 days or overnight courier delivery.


Order Tracking
As soon as we dispatch your parcel we will provide you with tracking number, link to track your parcel as well as the relevant details of the courier company.

 

Delivery Rates
The rate charged for the courier fee is based on your location and town of delivery and visible on each listing on the payment and shipping page.
