EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
 

Unwanted products must be returned unused and in good condition.

You must take care to ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit.

 If the product is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may deduct 10% for the damages.  

So, if you wish to return any non-defective product delivered to you for a refund as aforesaid, please do not remove the product from it's original packaging. 

Please note that if you change your mind about a product that you have received (Change Of Heart), the following will apply:

Full Refund, excluding shipping fees

Goods should be sent to the provided PO  BOX Address or we will call the courier to do pick up

We will reimburse the postage fees for parcel sent back to us

DEFECTIVE, FAULTY PRODUCTS:

We encourage you to inspect each product carefully upon receipt. If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise does not conform to your order, you have a statutory right to return the product. We strongly encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as you become aware of any problems.

Refunds will be done once the returns have been collected from by the courier

Payment must be done within 5 working days after placing your order.  If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason you will be refunded in full.

Delivery Policy

• Turn around - All orders are processed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Delivery Methods  -  the door to door courier for normal delivery 2 – 5 days Fastway and courier guy
• Order Tracking - As soon as we dispatch your parcel we will provide you with tracking number, link to track your parcel as well as the relevant details of the courier company.
• Delivery Rates - The rate charged for the courier fee is based on your location and town of delivery and visible on each listing on the payment and shipping page.
