Since our products are not rust resistant, we are unable to accept
returns or exchanges for rust-damaged items.
Only in the event that an incorrect product is delivered or is damaged
during delivery may you return the product or ask for a refund. If this
is the case, no returns or refunds will be accepted after 7 (seven) days
of delivery of the product. A fee for the second delivery will apply if
you choose an exchange. It has no effect on your rights as a consumer.
Please be aware that orders will not be processed or delivered on public
holidays or weekends. Shipments could be delayed by a few days if we are
dealing with a large volume of orders. We aim to ship out each purchase
in less than 48 hours.
If you authorized a domestic worker and/or security officer at the
physical home address you provided to accept your order on your behalf,
we shall not be held accountable or liable for any loss, damage, or
theft of your order.
