RETURNS POLICY
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you need to return the card machine that you purchased, you will be able to do so within 30 days, provided it is unused and is in its original packaging, with all accessories.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Post 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement if there is a manufacturing fault with the card machine and it falls within the warranty period of 12 months.
*The 12-month warranty does not cover negligence, theft, accidents, vandalism or misuse. Please follow instructions for proper use of product.

Card machines are delivered within 1-3 working days, for all outlying areas it can take up to 5 working days.
DELIVERY PARTNER REQUIREMENTS
According to FICA requirements for the hand-over of your card machine from our delivery partner , you are required to produce your Identity Document when signing for receipt of your card machine.
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery and appoint a third party to sign on your behalf, this must be communicated in advance to iKhokha with all third party details.
