DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTIONA lovely framed, mounted and glazed original oil painting of a Cape cottage scene done by South African artist June Tuckett. It is done on artist's board (treated canvass on hardboard) and is not dated, but probably dates from about 2000. The framed painting measures 44 x 50 cm and the artwork alone measures 15 x 20 cm. The painting is framed in a wooden gilded frame and it is also mounted on a quadruple cardboard mount and has glass protection. You can see the painting above and there are 4 further images below. Have a good look before you bid and if you are unsure about anything please ask a question.
CONDITIONThis artwork is in excellent 'as new' condition and can be hung as it is.
NOTES
A very well executed and decorative painting. Smallish but colourful and done in a very effective impressionist style. The images appearing with this listing were taken through the protective glass and were subject to reflection. They do not do justice to this lovely artwork.
