Black diamonds have all the qualities of white diamonds but take 2 to 5 times longer to cut and polish. They are the latest in fashion in Jewelry design as they compliment both Gold and Platinum settings and look stunning with most other gems such as white diamond, Emerald, Sapphire or Ruby.
The diamond has been well cut and polished and it has a high luster. Some VSI marks/inclusions can be seen on the table and the pavilion at 1 or 2 lighting angles. This does not affect the integrity or beauty of the gem in any significant way.
This diamond comes with an Embossed, numbered and dated (28/01/2007) Certificate of Evaluation by an International qualified G.I.A. Gemmologist detailing the diamond as per the listing below and stating the Retail Replacement Value at $3,900. (Approx R28,000)
