Black diamonds have all the qualities of white diamonds but take 2 to 5 times longer to cut and polish. They are the latest in fashion in Jewelry design as they compliment both Gold and Platinum settings and look stunning with most other gems such as white diamond, Emerald, Sapphire or Ruby.
The diamond has been well cut and polished. There is one small chip on the crown which can just be seen with the naked eye under bright lighting at certain angles. The girdle and pavillion (back facets) also have one or two VS imperfections. These do not affect the integrity or beauty of the gem in any way and will not be visible at all in a jewelry setting.
This diamond comes with an Embossed, numbered Certificate of Evaluation by a qualified Gemmologist detailing the diamond as per the listing below and stating the Retail Replacement Value at $3,300.
