This is a HUGE and S P E C T A C U L A R  Tri-colour Purple, Magenta and Gold Ametrine. The actual gem is even better than the pictures and is 100% natural and untreated - nature's creative beauty at its best!

It is an investors / collectors gem - As with most gems the value increases exponentially with each increasing Carat. This Ametrine weighs an impressive 56.73 Ct.

Ihe gem has been master Octogon Cut.  The ametrine is divided in half  across the gem - you can see this best in the picture showing the pavillion (back facets) . The gem has been so well cut that the violet/magenta reflects off the internal facets of the pavillion to interplay with, and often overide the Citrine,  giving the gem a beautiful life of changing Violet, Magenta and Gold as the gem is moved.

This Ametrine gives the deep intense colour and magestic fire that only larger gems can generally give and it will make a Hi-end S P E C T A C U L A R piece of jewelery.

This gem is classed as VVS1. Under a 10 x jewelers loupe there is one VVS chip on the pavilion. You can see it in the top right hand picture. Remember the pictures are magnified.  You will not be able to see it with the naked eye, nor does it detract from the exquizite beauty of this gem in any way. It is polished & finished to professional perfection and has exceptional fire.
