It comes with a certificate of authenticity from an independant GIA certified manufacturing jeweler with over 40 years experience in the trade. The certificate is NOT an appraisal - i.e no retail/insurance value is stated - only that it is a natural diamond with the details as given. The certificate is laminated and has the gemmologist's contact details if you are the winner and have any questions.
