Zircon is the gem most like diamond in its ability to refract and reflect light - so imagine this gem as a 3.53 Carat Royal Pink coloured Diamond!!!! This is exactly what you will get - simply sizzling!!!!
It is a challenge for a gem cutter to cut good Zircon. Good clean gem grade zircon is difficult to source and if the cutter is not careful, Zircon cracks when it is being cut.
This is Natural Zircon (not synthetic cubic zirconium) Looking through a 10 X jewelers loop the gem is classed as VVS1 and the facets are excellent with no chips or abrading. The gem is a well saturated Imperial Pink throughout and shows rich Pink and Maroon hues - MUCH MUCH better than the pictures.
Most Zircons come in at 1-2 Cts and Zircons over 3 Cts command a premium!
