It is valued at R3,900 plus for ON-LINE shops. Check it out on gemval.com This international free evaluation service gives a useful guideline for the value of many gems "on-line". (Ruby, Sapphire, Tanzanite and a few other gems require membership). Retail will always be more (At least 40%) because shop rental, staff etc etc costs must be passed on to you!
From the drop down menu on variety, select Citrine. Input weight and then colour (#034). Note that Madeira orange is MUCH more beautiful and intense than this colour but it is the best that Gemval has. At step 4 input VVS. (This gem is Flawless to VVS1)
At step 5 (quality of cut/finish/polish) - input "Excellent" and for the final step (shape) input "Triliant" This will give a value of $599.
While there, scroll down and click on "Historical Prices" - Note that citrine has increased in value by some 34% over a 24 month period - pretty impressive! So you can be sure this gem is an investent and will appreciate well in value.

This Citrine is master cut and polished. Under a 10 x jewelers loupe there is no visible damage to any of the facets (100% Perfect!). It is classed as Flawless to VVS1. The colour, cut and polish is AAA+++ ( Can't get better - there is no AAAA or ++++)
This size of gem gives an intensity of golden/orange fire that only larger gems can give. The Table (Top facets) have been Checker Board cut (lots of small facets) and this always gives extra light and Hot Dancing Fire to the Table as the gem is turned. Quite Dazzling and quite spectacular!
