Beryl is one of the most important gemstones and is sometimes called the “mother of Gemstones” In its pure form, beryl is colorless and is called Goshenite - it is different impurities that give beryl its varied coloration. Yellow Beryl is called Heliodor.

Its better known colour is blue – Aquamarine. Pink beryl is more rare and called Morganite. Perhaps the best known variety of beryl is Emerald. Beryl boasts what is commonly recognised as the most expensive gemstone on earth - Bixbite, sometimes called red emerald.

These heliodor hearts sparkle with excellent Sunshine Yellow Fire. The pictures above make the gems look slightly differant in colour intensity but that is just the lighting angle. In the hand they are all the same colour - Much better than the photo.
