Under 10 x magnification the gem is master cut and polished. It has AAA+++ colour and luster (Can't get better). Most pictures of Pear cut gems make the Apex look a little darker. In the hand this is not noticable and this gem is a glorious fiery golden Yellow throughout. The actual gem is MUCH better than the pictures and will make an eye catching and heart pleasing piece of Jewelry.
There is no damage to any of the facets and no unseen, unexpected nasty supprises such as dull spots, windows or colour bands/variation. The only supprise you will get is a pleasant one! The gem has a good deep pavillion and this always allows extra fire to be brought to the Table.
