A Dazzling Canary Yellow VS2 Radiant Cut Diamond. It is a natural (ie real and not lab created) diamond. The bottom picture is the actual diamond on auction and the diamond you will receive. The other pictures are examples of the gem in jewelry settings
The actual diamond colour and fire is much better than the pictures have captured and all black in these pictures are just shadows captured by the camera. The top left and middle left pictures are examples of the diamond in a setting.
Under a 10 x loupe there is no damage to any of the facets. It is classified as: Colour - Canary Yellow , Cut - Good, and Clarity VS2 (good eye clean). The colour is due to the gem being irradiated. This turns the diamond yellow throughout (i.e it is not just a surface change) and is permanent and irreversible.
This diamond comes with a certificate from an independent gemologist/manufacturing Jeweler with over 40 years experience in the trade. The market price would be in the region of $1,050 plus VAT.
