They are real natural diamonds that have been irradiated to turn them yellow. This process turns the diamonds yellow throughout, (i.e it is not just a surface treatment) and it is irreversible and permanent. They can be set under normal jewelers heat.
The diamonds weighs 0.22 Total Cts.
There is no visible damage to any of the facets.
