Juttadinteria simpsonii Seeds Juttadinteria is a genus of plant in family Aizoaceae. The genus was named in honour of Mrs Jutta Dinter, wife of Prof. M.K. Dinter. The plants are small succulents forming irregular clumps, or they are more upright and shrubby. Leaves are pale grey-green or blue-green, mostly short and fleshy, fused, almost cylindrica broadly boat-shaped or triangular, sometimes with reddish or brownish teeth on the margins and keels. Growth occurs mainly in winter. Plants grow well in sandy loam in a bright and warm greenhouse. Do not allow them to freeze. Juttadinteria simpsonii is native to Namibia.
