Kalanchoe paniculata is a perennial geophyte, usually not reaching more than 1.3 meters in height. It can be found is growing in Cape Province, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal and the Northern Province of South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho and Botswana in stony dry places.
