Kangmei Original Gold seal slimming capsules (While stocks last)

Dosage: 1 Capsule a day, 30 minutes before breakfast with a glass of warm water (or tea),  If you are taking any other medication, please only do so an hour and a half before taking the Kangmei capsule.  Drink 2-3litres of pure water per day, avoid sugary foods (processed and natural) as well as sweetened, carbonated soft drinks.  Avoid carbohydrate rich foods such as oats, potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, cakes, etc as much as possible.  Avoid fatty foods and saturated fat products.  Avoid alcohol as it is a toxin and will counter-act the beneficial effects of this detox.

Expected weight loss: At least 1.5 – 3kgs in the first week, then an average of between 1 to 3kg thereafter.  Results vary from person to person – 5.5kgs in 12 days has been reported.
