Karamojo Safari With an Introduction by Negley Farson

WDM Bell

Much sought-after hunting and adventure story by one of East Africa's best-known hunters.

"This is the true story of a journey into Karamojo some fifty years ago when it was an unknown part of Africa. Indeed, even today with the aid of modern transportation, it is but little known. At the time dealt with in this book, the author was the first white man seen by the natives. Needless to say, the conditions then prevailing can never occur again."

Published by Victor Gollancz, 1949

Binding:  Hard cover

Book Condition: The cover of the book is in poor condition with tape along the spine and the cover faded and edge worn. It is library with stamps and something removed that had left a mark. Otherwise pages  from the title page to the end it is intact and in good condition with few marks. A great reading copy of a scarce book.

Edition: First London 1949

Pricing: A slightly better condition copy of the identical book is selling online for over R2000. See Abebooks.
