Sold me a hi-fi that didn't work at all (wouldn't even switch on). Only the cd player was supposed to be defective. I did email the following day, but did not get any helpful response. The place where I handed it in for repair has been unable to fix it. If it was me, I would have offered to take it back and given a refund. R100 is not much, but it is just the principle.
