2. In order to prevent possible fraud, if you paid with an unverified account or with a card then we will more than likely ask you to identify yourself through an easy process.

3. For security reasons the product code will be delivered by email to your registered email address only.

4.  If you have any problem with the key we provided then please contact us - we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

 

5. You cannot ask for a refund at any time after you received the product code. 

6. Finally, we upkeep our right to refuse the order and refund the payment at any point of the transaction.
