With its distinct taste, from the use of fresh egg yolk with rice vinegar, this is the preferred mayo see atop salmon roses and other sushi - although it can just as easily be used on cold meats, sandwiches, mixed sauces, salad dressings and much more.
Comes in a handy squeezy bottle. Store at room temperature until opening, thereafter refrigerate and use within 3 months.
