Kewpie has been producing its flagship mayonnaise since 1925. With its distinct taste, from the use of fresh egg yolk with rice vinegar, this is the preferred mayo see atop salmon roses and other sushi - although it can just as easily be used on cold meats, sandwiches, mixed sauces, salad dressings and much more.
Comes in a handy squeezy bottle. Store at room temperature until opening, thereafter refrigerate and use within 3 months.
