Tri-mode wireless freedom | QMK/VIA fully customisable | Gasket-mount comfort | Hot-swappable Gateron Jupiter Brown switches | Up to 190 hours battery life
The Keychron V3 Max is an 80% TKL wireless mechanical keyboard engineered for those who refuse to compromise between functionality and craftsmanship. Whether you are a developer, writer, or power user working across multiple devices, this keyboard delivers the deep customisability of QMK/VIA firmware, the flexibility of tri-mode connectivity, and the satisfying tactile feedback of Gateron Jupiter Brown switches all in a compact layout that reclaims desk space without sacrificing the keys that matter.
Tired of cable clutter disrupting your workspace? The V3 Max supports tri-mode connectivity Bluetooth 5.1, 2.4 GHz wireless, and wired via USB Type-C so you can switch seamlessly between your laptop, desktop, and tablet. A generously sized 4000 mAh rechargeable li-polymer battery keeps you going for up to 190 hours with the backlight off, or up to 100 hours at the lowest RGB brightness. When the battery does need replenishing, a full charge takes around 5 hours via the USB Type-C charging port.
Full QMK and VIA support means every key on the V3 Max is remappable, with support for macros, layers, and custom lighting profiles all configured without flashing firmware mid-session. The hot-swappable PCB accepts most 3-pin and 5-pin MX-compatible switches (including Gateron, Cherry MX, and Kailh), so upgrading your switches is straightforward whenever your preferences evolve. South-facing RGB LEDs illuminate double-shot PBT keycaps in OSA profile for vivid, consistent colour across the board, and N-Key Rollover (NKRO) is active in both wireless and wired modes.
The gasket-mount design suspends the plate within the chassis, producing a softer, more forgiving keypress that reduces finger fatigue during long sessions. The typing angle is adjustable across three positions 4°, 7°, and 10° via integrated feet, letting you dial in the ergonomic tilt that suits your posture. Screw-in PCB stabilisers provide consistent, rattle-free performance on larger keys straight out of the box, while the ABS plastic body and PC plate keep the overall weight at a practical 895 g.
