How much time do I need to spend on this?
Running the site itself needs virtually no time at all. I recommend that you keep the WordPress software and plugins updated. You may wish to monitor the articles to ensure that they are well-written and that they closely match the topic - you can set the system up so that new articles are emailed to you for approval before being posted on the site.
