Kings - Organic Green Rooibos

Kings Rooibos Tea is made of an indigenous South African plant which grows only in the Cederberg Mountain region of the Western Cape. The tea is made from the purest parts of the aspalathus linerais plant. Rooibos Tea contains no caffeine, very little tannin, but is rich in essential minerals. As an aromatic ingredient in food, rooibos tea can be added to marinades, soups and stews.

How to Prepare:
Hot Tea: Place 3 teabags in a teapot with 800 ml boiling water (for a single 250 ml serving use 1 teabag). Steep 5-10 min. Allow the tea to cool.

For optimal results, preferably consume without milk, sugar or honey. Best enjoyed at 60°C.

Amount: 1 tea bag / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 3 - 5 minutes.

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill

To ensure fully benefitting from the many rooibos health properties, preferably no milk, sugar or honey should be added. Best to enjoy at 65°C
