Shipping and Postage

1. Items under R200 Value are usually sent via Hong Kong Post to achieve the best price
   • Please Allow 10 to 20 Working Days for delivery,
   • Some periods shipping may be delayed due to backlogs, this is usually during holiday periods.
   • Some clients report delivery in less time.
   • Client will be issued a Tracking Number
   • Please Note! Items are not insured and we are not responsible for any damage or loss in the post under any circumstances, We cannot be held liable for damages or losses or any failure of the post office to deliver your parcel.
   • Every Effort will be made in the case of loss to help the client.
   • Parcels will only be delivered after funds appear in our bank.
   • Goods are dispatched within 48 hours. We group deliveries to give you the best deal.
2. Items Over R200 Value or by request are sent using various courier services such as DHL, UPS. Normal post option can be applied only if the client accepts the added risks.
   • Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery
   • Clients will be issued a Tracking Number with Detailed Tracking
   • Insurance is available at 2%
   • Delivery is only effected after funds appear in our account
   • Goods are dispatched within 48 Hours
   • There is a minimum charge for this shipping method if your item is under 500grams we can combine orders to offer a better price
3. Should there be any taxes imposed by SARS these will be for the account of the Buyer, please note that in most cirumstances there are no taxes required, however we are offering a very competative price.

Returns Policy:

Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within the following periods: Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period, Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt

If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement, please kindly contact our customer service representatives via email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA. Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
