Essential oils offer a natural and effective approach to relieving pain and discomfort in joint and muscle massages.  Our Pain Rub Kit includes 5mls Bottles of  Black Pepper, Ginger, Juniper Berry , Lemongrass, Peppermint and Wintergreen essential oils together with 50 mls of Apricot Oil as a carrier know for its smooth massage properties.

1. BLACK PEPPER ESSENTIAL OIL:

APRICOT CARRIER OIL

Dilution for Adults:  For topical use: 1-2% dilution  5-10 drops of each essential oil per 30 ml of carrier oil

Dilution for Children 2-12 years old: For topical use: 0.5-1% dilution 3-6 drops of each essential oil per 30 ml of carrier oil.
