A folding santoku for the outdoor chef, the Megatherium is a showcase of the "edge below tab" flipper system of Isham's design. Its wide blade excels at tasks requiring a firm slicing motion and the pseudo-choil allows the user choke-up for delicate tasks. The flipper becomes hidden when the knife is opened for unobstructed optimal performance.

The Bladesmith Series is Kizer's collaboration/partnerships with the custom knife world. They license designs from custom knifemakers and forge a partnership utilizing the best from both sides.
