• 17�: An extremely sharp but delicate edge for razor blades, fillet knives, etc.
• 20�: An angle for higher quality blades like kitchen cutlery and slicing knives.
• 25�: An angle for knives that need a durable, sharp edge like hunting and outdoor knives.
• 30�: An angle for heavy duty use like knives that cut cardboard, rope or carpets.

Warning

Do not use the oil on diamond hones, because it will clog the ceramic hones.
