The last time you sold me an item it was advertised as new but when I received it it was used, pen broken and the software missing, based on this I confirmed via email that I would be sending somebody to verify the goods are new prior to payment been made.

Seller still demanded money 3 days after item was paid for and proof of payment was hand delivered to him when the item was collected, 32 MB card and manual listed, no card included manual in language I cannot read. Seller refuses to refund money or correct situation. Extremely rude and does not understand the concept of a customer, thinks that if the price is less than in a shop he is in his right to lie in his auction descriptions.
