Artist: Leonie van Loggerenberg:

Leonie took up  art classes ( Watercolour and Acrylic) by the well known artist  Peter  Earl  and had her

first exhibition as a student of Peter Earl at his Bygones studio  and Art School in Nov. 2001.

She also got a contract  with  MAGICAL AFRICA,  where she mainly sells her paintings to German, Dutch and French tourists.

Leonie also attended one of Dale Elliot’s intensive courses in Villiersdorp and is currently studying at the Shirley Adams Art Center in Hermanus.

Leonie’s versatility , as  in her professions, is also to be seen in her paintings.

She is painting  flowers, landscapes, people, houses, animals, seascapes, and mainly subjects  of the Western Cape.

Recently she also discovered a love for abstract paintings.
